This hard-to-find Mandarin pattern featuring mustard and orange-red falling leaves was made during the 1960's, the last decade the pottery operated as designers and manufacturers. Beginning in 1967 and continuing through the late 1990's, Salem China focused all their efforts on sales of their dishware, forever abandoning the maker aspect of their business. Burned to the ground as a result of a fire in 2017, the factory, tragically, has been lost to the hands of history. Luckily though, this platter survives, a pretty example of 20th century artistry.

{SPECIAL FEATURES}

- Hard-to-find pattern

- Unmarked on bottom

- Contains falling leaves in mustard and red-orange shades

{CONDITION}

In lovely vintage condition with no cracks or crazing.
